The vending machines are cleaned and throughly disinfectant detergent used in USDA/EPA approved to ensure that it is safe for both human health and environment.
Refrigerators are cleaned weekly or fortnightly to prevent contamination.
We check expiration dates on each item and if expired or not used in a year, it is discarded.
Pantry/Cafeteria cleaning is done to maintain hygienic food management and germs free preparation surfaces, Spring cleaning is one by completing daily and weekly jobs such as washing counters, Dishes, cutlery and utensils are sorted with excess items removed from counter tops to clear space.
Our employees wear disposable gloves before starting the work. Separate dusters are used for cleaning table and wiping glasses. Under liner is used for the service and clearance trays and is changed if wet, Utensils are stacked keeping in mind ease of reach.
