OUR STORY
Started two years ago, backed by twelve years in the field
Our founder, Manoj Kumar, worked inside facility operations for close to twelve years. He kept meeting the same industry gap: clients paid for professional services but received untrained, unverified staff with little supervision. Two years ago he started SM Facility Services to close that gap.
Everything about the company follows from that decision — an in-house training facility, no subcontracting, verified hiring, statutory compliance filed on time, and supervisors who are accountable for the site, not just the roster.
